During our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Tampa, my sister and I were deeply touched by the thoughtfulness shown to us by the staff. They went above and beyond by providing us with a gift bag and condolences card when they learned about our difficult circumstances. The staff was friendly and professional, particularly the breakfast crew who managed the challenging pancake machine effortlessly. The location was convenient, with several dining options nearby. Furthermore, the rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the essential amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.

The rooms were quite comfortable, beds and pillows were very nice, pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

The third floor had a stale smell about it. My mom was in room 339 and the smell was in her room and in the entire third floor hallway. No bacon at breakfast. I love bacon. The sausage had a funky taste.

Our room had recently been renovated with comfortable beds. the breakfast options were fantastic and included a wide variety. the location was ideal, close to everything we needed, including the Tampa Bay Sportscomplex.

The breakfast was super; everything you could want. The staff were professional and supportive. The location was most accessible to everything; you can be into or across Tampa in a matter of minutes. The location is superb sitting back in a quiet location with a nice view across the lake; very shady and comfortable.

The luggage racks were very big and bulky; really a tight fit into hallways and rooms. Rooms (King) was very tight, also.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being close to shops and with views of the lake and greenery. It's near Westfield Mall and plenty of restaurants, shops, attractions, and a movie theater.

Staff was very friendly

It was very dusty, house keeping did a horrible job, they lack training and supervision. They just made the bed and changed towels, the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months... VERY dusty room.

Good location. Desk clerk at check-in was Super. Sent me text message to reply to if needed anything. If no answer in 3 min, test forwarded to GM. Had ice cream for guests at 8 pm. Great breakfast also. Room was comfortable. Great place to stop

The location here is perfect, being very close to shops, and I was very impressed with the deluxe king room's comfortable beds.

Property food quality and kitchen

My room did not get clean i had to come back to the room after been out all day at the sandy beach room not clean

The rooms were really clean, and the staff was super nice when we asked for a quiet spot. The hotel is in a peaceful location just a short stroll away from shopping centers, yummy restaurants, and fun amusement parks. 🌟

I like that my check in and out process was smooth and easy. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was very bad and not very much to choose from like other Holiday Inn Express I have visited in the past.
